We just moved into our new home last week Thanks to Mark. Mark sent us daily homes that matched our spec's that had addresses, pictures, home information and maps. This was totally awesome because it allowed us to get newly listed homes quickly because homes are selling so fast in the price range we were looking in. We would call Mark right away once we saw one we liked and Mark would make the appointment with owner to see as soon as possible. There were several offers on the home we put an offer on. Mark sold my home as a short sale do to my recent divorce. I told Mark I wanted to stay in my home through the middle of August at which time I moved back to the Midwest. He listed my home in March and we just closed 2 days ago on August 15TH! There were a few repairs that needed to be done to pass the buyers home appraisal like fix the roof and leaky water heater. Mark paid for both repairs from his commission to get my home closed. Mark did whatever it took to get the job done. My bank Chase was not easy to deal with over the process but Mark walked me through the paper work and made it so much easier on me through this stressful time in my life. I couldn’t have picked a better Realtor!

Jessica was the listing agent for the house I wanted to purchase. I felt she was dependable and decided to engage her as my buyer's agent as well. Our transaction was pretty smooth. She handled all the paperwork efficiently without any problems.
When we closed escrow, there were a few matters between me and the seller. Jessica stepped in and handled everything masterfully. She will take care of things--even when technically she has no more responsibilities--because she care about her clients.
